  • Shopping Cart items are usually in stock, and normally ship within 2-3 business days. You will not be charged for items not shipped. Most of the Collectible items are not on the Shopping Cart, due to limited quantities. So please e-mail, fax, or write us with your order, and we will contact you for payment details. Since most of these are specialty items, and go out-of-stock quickly, our phone operators are not trained to handle them.

    SHIPPING OPTIONS

  • Shipping is charged PER ORDER, not per item- so the more items you buy, the better--the shipping cost does not go up.

  • To US/Canada via UPS/USPS- Usually 2- 7 days after we ship.
           US- $6.95/ Express- $16.95
           Can- $8.95/ Express- $23.95

  • To Europe/MidEast/Mexico via USPS Air Parcel Post- Usually 5- 10 days.
            Mexico- $15.95/ Express- $23.95
            Europe/MidEast- $15.95/ Express- $27.95

  • To Pacific Rim/Africa/Asia/Central & S. America- Usually 10- 20 days.
            Air Parcel Post- $19.95/ Express- $29.95

  • Shipments to P.O. Boxes are fine, as are shipments to second-party addresses, BUT ALL CREDIT CARD ORDERS MUST BE SHIPPED TO THE BILLING ADDRESS OF THE CREDIT CARD HOLDER. WE MUST ADDRESS VERIFY ALL CREDIT CARD ORDERS BEFORE SHIPPING. If you want to charge your order, and have it shipped to an address different than your billing address, you can call your credit card company, in advance, and have them add a second, verifiable, address to your account. Then we can ship to that address as well.

    SALES TAX

  • 6% Sales Tax on shipments to Michigan, only.

    RETURNS

  • All of our prints are fully exchange/damage guaranteed, but please fax, e-mail, or write to us before returning merchandise, for our returns authorization number. Items returned without this number on the outside of the package will be refused, and the carrier will charge you freight both ways.

  • If you cancel or refuse an order after we have processed your payment a 20% administrative fee will apply. If your order has been shipped-- do not refuse it- accept the order, and fax, e-mail, or call us for instructions (please leave a message, if necessary). We will answer you, normally by end of the business day, and arrange to have your problem resolved.

  • There are No Refunds, but Exchanges/Replacements will be made at no charge.
